Paul, who is a CPA and CFP, received his bachelor’s degree from the Johns Hopkins University and his master’s degree in taxation from the University of Baltimore. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association and the Baltimore Estate Planning Council. In addition, he is recognized as an expert witness before the NASD Arbitration Claim Board with respect to both income taxation and financial planning matters. Paul was also an associate professor at Anne Arundel Community College for many years, where he instructed candidates preparing for the Certified Financial Planner examination.
