Charlene has been the Grant/GrossMendelsohn "voice of client service," providing administrative support to the firm’s investment advisors since 1994. In addition to executing trades and maintaining the client accounting system, Charlene manages the firm’s paper flow from new account applications to clients’ quarterly reports.
